We design, configure, build, and deploy enterprise-grade workstations, server infrastructure, and CCTV surveillance systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website (vortan.one9t.com) and related communications.

Contact form submissions are transmitted via formsubmit.co, a transactional email relay service. This service processes your submission only to deliver it to our team's inbox. It does not store, profile, or sell your information beyond what is necessary for delivery. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

Once received, enquiry data is held within our internal communications systems (email) and is accessible only to members of the VORTAN team directly responsible for responding to your enquiry.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years from the date of first contact, or for the duration of an active commercial relationship, whichever is longer.
• If no commercial relationship results, data is deleted at the 3-year mark.
• You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 6.

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable privacy regulations, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated data
• Delete your data, subject to any lawful retention requirements
