1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the VORTAN website (vortan.one9t.com) and any enquiries, quotations, or commercial transactions entered into with ONE9T. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or submit an enquiry.

2. About Us

VORTAN is a brand operated by ONE9T, a technology company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We specialise in designing, configuring, building, and deploying enterprise-grade workstations, server infrastructure, and IP-based CCTV surveillance systems.

3. Quotations

• Quoted prices reflect component costs and availability at the time of quoting. If key component prices change materially before a purchase order is placed, we will notify you and may issue a revised quotation.
• A quotation is not a binding offer or contract. A binding contract is formed only when a purchase order or signed agreement has been accepted in writing by VORTAN.
• Quotations are prepared specifically for the requirements described in your enquiry. Material changes to those requirements may result in a revised quotation.

4. Orders and Payment

• Payment terms are determined on a per-order basis following a credit evaluation conducted at the time of order. Terms are confirmed in writing as part of the order agreement.
• Custom-built systems cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, as components will have been ordered and labour allocated. Any amounts paid toward a cancelled order may be subject to deduction of costs already incurred.
• Prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise specified. International orders may be invoiced in USD by prior written agreement.
• Late payment may result in suspension of delivery or service until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith at the time of order. VORTAN is not liable for delays caused by component supply constraints, third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the agreed delivery address.
• Every system is bench-tested and signed off before dispatch. A test report is included with each order.
• If you are not available to receive the delivery at the agreed time, additional logistics costs may apply for re-scheduling.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Because every VORTAN system is built to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only where a system has a verified manufacturing defect covered under our warranty — see the Warranty Policy for the applicable process.

Orders may be cancelled before production commences with written notice to hala@one9t.com. Any amounts paid toward a cancelled pre-production order will be refunded within 14 business days, less any costs already incurred.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, code, product configurations, and photography — is the property of ONE9T or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ONE9T.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VORTAN's total liability in connection with any single order shall not exceed the value of that specific order.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this page applies to all new enquiries and orders from the "Last updated" date shown above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
